Personalized Vacation Planning
At Barefoot and Booked, I believe planning your trip should feel as relaxing as the vacation itself. Every booking starts with personalized service built around your preferences, budget, and travel style.
To keep things simple and transparent, I use a flat planning fee structure that reflects the time, care, and expertise that goes into making your trip seamless.
Packages
Standard Planning – $75
For individuals, couples, and families with fewer than 8 travelers. This non-refundable fee covers the full research and planning phase of your trip.
(Fee is per booking, not per traveler.)
Group Planning – $150
For groups of 8 or more travelers. This non-refundable fee covers the additional coordination, communication, and research involved in group travel.
What you receive
Once your planning fee is paid, I begin researching and curating options tailored to your preferences and budget. Even if you choose not to book through Barefoot and Booked, you will still receive all research results, options, notes, and recommendations gathered during the planning process, so you always walk away with something tangible and valuable for your investment.
Additional Service Fees
Airfare-Only Booking Fee: $50 per traveler — applies when booking standalone air travel not connected to a cruise or vacation package.
Itinerary Change Fee: $35 per change — applies when major revisions are requested after an initial quote or booking (such as changing cruise lines, sail dates, or destinations).
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to the start of any research. All fees are non-refundable once work begins and can be paid securely through our online checkout system.
If your trip is booked through Barefoot and Booked, your planning fee helps ensure you receive the best value — not just the best price.
Fee Waivers
Fees may be waived or discounted at the discretion of Barefoot and Booked based on the complexity of the request, client loyalty, or repeat business. I strive to be fair and flexible and always want to make your planning experience smooth and enjoyable.
