Standard Planning — $75: For individuals, couples, and families with fewer than 8 travelers. This non-refundable fee covers the complete research and planning phase of your trip. Fee is per booking, not per traveler.
Group Planning — $150: For groups of 8 or more travelers. This non-refundable fee covers the additional coordination, communication, and research required for group travel.
